We are proud of our workforce and its’ flexibility. Many of our staff have been with us for over 15 years thereby maintaining the highest standards by the experienced work force.

Production is overseen personally on the factory floor by our Managing Director, Lee Miller, assisted by the Technical Director Michael Wood. Each with over 25 years experience of working in the food industry.

Our factory works 7 days per week, 365 days of the year. Production varies from 8am until finish when the factory is then cleaned overnight to the highest standard by our own dedicated Cleaning team.

Approximately 1 acre of land was purchased to an adjacent site recently enabling further business expansion. With the introduction of an additional Production Line, we now have even more capability within our Production Areas than ever before resulting in the ability to take on new or increased levels of product at very short notice.

We can hand cut absolutely any product and we have the capability to machine cut from a range of between 3mm-30mm. From an average of approximately 60 different types of produce, we are able to cut into around 30 different sizes every single day of the year.
